431: St. Palladius passes Killadreenan, possibly establishing a church.
1832: Anglican Churches in Calary and Newtownmountkennedy begin construction.
1834: Calary Church opens.
1835: A partially finished Anglican Church in Newtownmountkennedy opens.
1837: Construction is completed on the Anglican Church in Newtownmountkennedy.
1851: Kilpedder Church is founded.
1865: St. Joseph’s Church in Newtownmountkennedy is built.
1895: On 22 September, the Anglican Church in Newtownmountkennedy is dedicated to St. Matthew.
1988: Kilpedder Church is demolished.
